With a challenging block, we managed to turn this tiny existing single dwelling into what is now a gorgeous feature of the street. At 185 square metres in its footprint, it boasts in a unique contemporary design.

It features a well zoned open plan design in living spaces, separating the bedrooms to give them a sense of privacy and minimising sound between the two areas, making it ideal for an investment property, share home or even the growing family.

The home showcases the fact that there’s no such thing as a small design, this tight knit cosy abode doesn’t lack in aesthetic and comfort. On the note of space, we also managed to include a spacious 60 square metre 2 bedroom granny flat/detached dwelling on the block for added room or additional investment options, really utilising the space on the block.
